How to apply:
- Use the eyeshadow applicator or silicone presser tool.
- Pick up a tiny amount of powder and buff in circular motions.
- Continue until the surface looks smooth, reflective, and evenly coated.
- Dust off any excess powder.
- Seal with our UV gel Crystal Gelly Topcoat and cure under UV/LED lamp for 60 seconds.
